This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your subscription to and use of AI Radio Bot software ("Software") and related services ("Services"), owned and operated by PreciseAI, LLC ("PreciseAI"). By installing, downloading, or using the Software, you agree to this Agreement.
Subscription Terms
- Your subscription plan details, including billing cycle, payment amount, and any promotions, are available in your account settings.
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current billing cycle.
Who May Use the Service
- Individuals aged 13 and older.
- Individuals under 13, provided a parent or legal guardian submits approval and consents on their behalf.
- Individuals not prohibited by any law from using the Services.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy at airadiobot.com/privacy-policy governs how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
Use of the Service
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute, sublicense, or use the Software for commercial purposes, or interfere with the Services.
- You are responsible for your account security and usage.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AI RADIO BOT ENTITIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current billing cycle or cancellations after the billing cycle has begun.
